Stevie was born on December 17, 1979, and grew up in Philadelphia, where he started skateboarding when he was only 11 years old. He became friends with Jeff Pang when they were all just kids, and together they made their first video, Fine Artists Vol. 1, while Stevie was still only 12 years old.
