Gwen Shamblin Early life
Gwen Shamblin was born on February 18 1955, in Memphis, Tennessee. She graduated from the University of Tennessee with a degree in dietetics. Gwen graduated from Memphis State University with a master’s degree in food and nutrition. After graduating from Memphis State University, where she was a licensed dietician, she worked in the health department for five years.
Gwen Shamblin was married a couple of times. Her first marriage to David Shamblin produced two children, Michael Shamblin and Elizabeth Hannah. David and Gwen were married for 38 years before divorcing in 2018. Gwen and Joe were married in the summer of 2018. There are seven grandchildren for her.
On May 29, 2020, the Remnant Fellowship Church crashed into Percy Priest Lake near Smyrna, Tennessee. The plane crashed shortly after takeoff. According to the authorities, the passengers on the board are J. Lara, Gwen S. Lara, Jennifer J. Martin, David L. Martin, Jessica Walters, Jonathan Walters, and Brandon Hannah. They are now presumed dead by the authorities.
