On August 14, 1969, Chris Perez was born in San Antonio, Texas, to Mexican parents. His mother’s second marriage happened in 1978. Chris learned to play the French horn in middle school because he was interested in music from an early age. Career
Chris formed his own rock band at the age of 17 in Los Angeles. He was offered the chance to join Tony Lares and the band. He joined the band because of his money problems, but he wasn’t interested in that kind of music. He began to write songs and work as a musical director for Shelly in 1989.
